Arsenal have ended their nine-year wait for an away win in the north London derby with a 1-0 victory over Tottenham in the Premier League on Sunday.
Thomas Partey's second-half goal was enough to separate the sides at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and move Arsenal top of the table.
The Gunners started the game brightly and had the better chances in the first half, with Gabriel Jesus and Bukayo Saka both going close.
Tottenham improved after the break and had a great chance to take the lead when Richarlison was played through on goal, but the Brazilian fired wide.
Arsenal made them pay for that miss when Partey fired home from outside the box in the 68th minute.
Tottenham pushed for an equaliser but could not find a way through the Arsenal defence, and the Gunners held on to secure a famous victory.
